How to Use
Before applying wax, complete the steps of cleaning and creaming.
Apply a thin, even layer of polishing wax onto the leather using your fingertip.
Let it sit for 1 minute, then repeat step (2).
Continue until the desired number of layers is built up (around 10–15 minutes). Finally, use a cotton cloth with a small amount of water and polishing wax to achieve the shine.
⚑ Tips
Mirror polishing requires practice and technique—it is difficult to teach purely through text.
The basic idea: polishing wax + the right amount of water, forming a wax layer that fills the pores of the leather to achieve a mirror finish.
For the cotton cloth, the proper moisture level is “just slightly damp,” similar to a faint mark when touched to tissue paper.
