How to Request a Return / Refund

  1. Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. This period is for inspection only, not for use. As our products are personal-care items, any opened or used products that can no longer be restored to their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. To apply, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receipt and provide:
    • Order number and delivery date
    • Photos showing the unopened packaging and contents (or the defect, if any)
    • Description of the issue (e.g., crushed box, broken seal, vacuum loss)
    Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition with complete packaging (including outer box, seals, inserts, documents, and any gifts).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup within 7 days (please include the original invoice). If pickup is inconvenient, you may ship the item back within 7 days after approval (based on the posting date). Late returns will not be accepted.
  4. If the return is due to a verifiable product defect or our fulfillment error, we will reimburse your return postage (capped at NTD 100). For returns due to personal reasons, all shipping and related costs are borne by the buyer.

 

Packaging & Inspection

  1. Please use the original shipping carton or an equivalent protective box. Do not write on or affix labels directly to the retail packaging.
  2. If the returned item shows missing components, damaged or contaminated packaging, or any condition not attributable to a manufacturing defect, we may deduct refurbishment or offset fees from the refund based on the condition upon inspection.
  3. For hygiene and quality-control reasons, personal-care items with opened inner packaging or any signs of use are not eligible for return.

 

Not Eligible for Return

  1. Opened products: broken seals/films, opened vacuum packs, or products that have been used.
  2. Items not in brand-new condition (e.g., scratches, dents, moisture damage, odors).
  3. Incomplete returns: missing packaging, accessories, documents, invoice, or gifts.
  4. Stains or marks that cannot be removed, or evidence of tampering.

 

Refunds

  1. After we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  2. Card payments will be reversed to the original card. Posting time depends on your card issuer and may appear on the current or next statement.
  3. For bank transfers, please provide bank name/branch, account number, and account holder. Processing typically takes 7–10 days (excluding holidays).

 

Abuse & Malicious Returns

We reserve the right to reject applications, suspend or terminate fulfillment, and seek compensation for necessary costs and losses in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to: repeated failure to collect or refusal of parcels, high-frequency returns, discrepancies between claimed issues and the returned items, or intentional damage and post-use return attempts. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.
